Working with this exciting and fast paced company was a pleasure. The whole company  has a passion that is palpable.

We worked with Just Eat to develop their leadership skills. This in turn helped them to better support and understand the challenges faced by their team.

Becoming a thriving leader is about more than just engaging the current team you work with. We believe that leaders must seek self awareness and develop relationships with increasingly diverse groups of people. In the increasingly complex business, work and political environments, developing understanding of others and how to engage diverse groups of people has never been so important for leaders. 

We have devised several programmes to enable leaders to better engage and communicate with diverse groups of people, to enable awareness of their surroundings and to foster a greater sense of self awareness. Amodigo provides ongoing support to organisations who are tasked with operating in challenging circumstances. We have two ongoing programmes designed to develop those working in conflict zones, disaster relief or unstable civil situations.

These bespoke workshops focus on engaging the public, supporting vulnerable groups and building relationships. They have proven a mainstay of training activity for our clients, symbolising the diverse solutions that we can create for partners seeking solutions to complex human problems.

Our ongoing relationship with ClearScore has seen us support the organisation on a number of different fronts.

We created and continue to support ClearScore’s Internal Resilience Programme, focused on ensuring the physical and mental wellbeing of their staff. Over the past year we have implemented:

  • Boxing Academy for company-wide team
  • Weekly exercise classes
  • Health & wellbeing lifestyle seminars
  • Resilience, nutrition and stress seminars

We have been blessed to develop a working relationship with the exceptional development organisation The Marketing Academy. TMA is a leading body in the marketing industry developing future leaders of marketing. Many of their scholars and alumni go on to be marketing directors and Chief Marketing Officers at some of the world’s largest brands.

We have supported The Marketing Academy through lockdown and beyond by delivering bespoke leadership training. Our sessions have included resilience in Leadership workshops as well as Leadership and Team development days. TMA’s programme coordinator gave the following feedback, saying we “captivated & inspired the delegates from start to finish, and the overall feedback from his session was exemplary”.

The Marketing Academy emphasis on developing leaders who care about the society they live in and have broader social purpose resonates with our values, so we remain honoured to support their mission.

Our reason for being is to improve the performance of teams. Good leadership is essential to enable the best teams to succeed. Our Founder Mike Crofts’ previously established the charity 3Pillars Project, he is often discusses the value of purpose in leadership as seminars and panel events.

We particularly support companies to deliver social good within their everyday work, including developing positive leadership and approaches to wellbeing within the workplace. We were recruited by PA Consulting to speak on their examination of purpose event. Both Deloitte and FDM have engaged our experience to support the transition of new staff into their environments. In addition to these programmes we have spoken at large scale events and projects for organisations as broad as UK Fintechs and education bodies alike.
