What units will you study?
- Understanding the Skills, Principles and Practice of Effective Coaching and Mentoring within an Organisational Context
- Undertaking an Extended Period of Effective Coaching or Mentoring within an Organisational Context
- Reviewing Your Own Ability as a Coach or Mentor within an Organisational Context
As part of this course you are required to deliver over 54 hours of effective coaching between a minimum of four and a maximum of nine individuals, and complete a 3 hour meeting with a coach supervisor.

What’s the timeline?
The courses can take between 6 – 12 months.
Guided learning hours for this course is 50 hours.
Total qualification time is 380 hours.
