Hannah-Beth is an Assistant Principle of a London school but also Founder of The Little Surprises Company. 

They talk through a myriad of leadership quandaries. From flexibility and determination through Covid, being kind and building relationships as a leader and believing in yourself and building a good support network as a Founder. There is also some great insight into overcoming imposter syndrome.
