Graduating from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Programme at Oxford Saïd Business School

As leaders we owe the biggest thanks in life to the team and people on the journey with us…

Amodigo CEO, Mike Crofts graduated from #gs10ksb Goldman Sachs small business development programme with Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and Aston Business School.

Taking part in the programme has been a real case of coming full circle for Mike who first worked at Goldman Sachs after leaving the Army. Since leaving Goldman he has seized opportunities within entrepreneurship and set up the 3Pillars Project charity, before returning to complete Goldman’s small business programme.

Amodigo has benefited from the challenge and support of the other members of the Growth group that come with the programme. Each a CEO growing their own Business, we were fortunate to work with MPC Comms, Protrain Solutions, Zebra Property and AG Capps Consulting.

If your business is looking to grow, if you need additional support and to create a plan ahead, this programme is worth taking a look at.

During the programme, we focused on the development of Amodigo’s leadership training programme, and the rollout of online and e-learning for our range of Leadership and Management, Wellbeing, Coaching and Mentoring and Human Performance courses. This has included gaining accreditation with the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).

We’ve even managed to incorporate some of the learning into 3Pillars Project, the charity first conceived by Mike Crofts in 2015, and we hope it will help us to support Veterans entering the workplace or entrepreneurship too.

With keynote Ranulph Fiennes exemplifying the importance of determination in a business journey. We can’t wait to share more of what we’ve learnt along the way.
